The most dangerous time in Business is when you are doing well - the till may be full, but that doesn't mean you are profitable! the profit budget ensures you know exactly where you are - against your PROFIT target at any time.

However before we get to it I need you to understand that so many people are measuring the wrong stuff in their business!!

This lesson looks at how many of us are measuring the wrong numbers when we are looking at the growth of our business - this can lead to setting the wrong goals, which then means your focus is in the wrong place - which will give you the wrong results!!
